Feel Good Certified Coaches

Learn more about Boost Manager, Lindzie & Instructor, Chelsey.

Lindzie & Chelsey completed a 20-hour Feel Good Certification training through Harness Cycle designed to prepare instructors to lead intentional, feelings-based indoor cycling classes. Training included positive psychology principles, the Feelings-Based Ride Framework, choreography, voice and cueing techniques, playlist design, and empowered coaching practices.
