Cycle + Stretch is the perfect balance of effort and recovery. Start with 30 minutes of rhythm-based cycling designed to build strength, elevate your heart rate, and leave you feeling accomplished. Then slow it down with 15 minutes of guided, full body stretching to release tension, improve mobility, and reset your body.

This class is all about moving with purpose, powering up, then giving your body what it needs to recover strong. Expect great music, thoughtful coaching, and a finish that leaves you feeling refreshed, centered, and ready for whatever’s next.
