At Boost, we built our community and reputation on rhythm-based cycling—our signature class experience that’s more than just a workout, it’s a vibe. We’ve since expanded to offer strength and conditioning options, including Cycle + Core, Cycle + Circuit, and Boot Camp. Whether you're clipping in for your first ride or leveling up with full-body training, we have something for every kind of mover.​

Rhythm Cycle – 45 Minutes of Movement, Music & Motivation​

Step into the Rhythm Room, our signature indoor cycling studio designed to elevate your ride. This dark, black-lit space pulses with the beat of high-energy music as you and 24 others move together in rhythm. It’s 45 minutes of sweat, power, and community, led by instructors who ride with you, not in front of you.​Our rhythm rides aren’t just about fitness, they're an experience. Expect full-body movement, choreography on the bike, and the kind of endorphin high that keeps you coming back. We offer rhythm cycle classes 6 days a week, with morning and evening times to fit your schedule.​

 

Rooftop Rides with a View

 

​When the weather’s right, spring through early fall, we take our rhythm rides outside. Our Rooftop Rides bring the same 45-minute class format you love, but with a fresh-air twist. Pedal to the beat as you overlook Altoona, PA from our open-air rooftop studio. The energy is unmatched, and the views are worth the climb.​

 

More Than Just the Bike​
