If your first class is Cycle, Cycle + Core, Cycle + Circuit:
We’re so excited to have you! Just stop by the front desk when you arrive. You’ll meet your instructor, sign a quick waiver, and let us know your shoe size so we can get you set up with cycling shoes (if you're riding). After that, store your personal items in a locker and grab a bike—our instructors will swing by to help get you set up properly.
If your first class is Boot Camp: Same deal—stop at the desk to sign the waiver, bring your workout sneakers, stash your stuff in a locker, grab a towel, and hang out in the lobby until class starts. We’ll take care of the rest!
Yes, every class at Boost Cycle & Fitness Studio is considered beginner-friendly. Our instructors are dedicated to making sure all participants feel comfortable, regardless of their fitness level. They demonstrate and explain modifications for every move, ensuring that everyone can participate at their own pace. If you prefer not to ride up and out of the saddle, you can simply stay seated and still enjoy the workout. The studio is purposefully kept dark, providing a private and non-intimidating atmosphere where everyone can focus on having fun and dancing on their bikes without feeling self-conscious. Whether you are a seasoned cyclist or new to indoor cycling, you'll find a welcoming and supportive environment at Boost.
Boot Camp – 60 Minutes
A full-body, high-intensity workout designed to challenge strength, endurance, and grit. Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, cardio drills, weights, and core training—all led by a certified instructor who keeps the energy high and the pace moving. No two classes are the same.
Cycle & Core – 60 Minutes
Half rhythm-based cycling, half focused core work. Start with 30 minutes in the saddle, riding to the beat in our dark cycle room, then transition to the floor for 30 minutes of targeted core strength and stability exercises. A full-body sweat with a serious core payoff.
Cycle & Circuit – 60 Minutes
This combo class kicks off with 30 minutes of rhythm-based cycling, followed by 30 minutes in the gym rotating through circuit stations. Each station targets different muscle groups using weights, functional movement, and core work for balanced strength training.
Boot Camp vs. Circuit – What's the Difference?
Boot Camp is instructor-led the entire time, with group-based intervals, dynamic drills, and bodyweight/cardio/strength challenges throughout the hour. Circuit focuses more on individual stations—less group-paced, more rotation-based. It’s structured but self-paced within each station, offering variety and targeted strength work.
Roof Ride is our signature rhythm-based cycling class held on the rooftop (weather permitting). Expect the same high-energy ride you love—dark room vibes, killer playlists, and instructor-led intensity—just under the open sky. It's the perfect blend of sweat, music, and fresh air.
